Hungarian green wine is produced in California or, more directly, Hungary. The wine isn't really green. It's made from white grapes which give it a delicate green hue. The flavor of Hungarian green wine isn't as prominent as Hungarian Tokay or other California wines. But, the fruity flavor makes it a nice experience for after dinner use or for a summer time spritzer.

Hungarian green wine orginated as a regular "drinking" wine whereas Tokay was generally reserved for holidays and special occasions.
